We are thrilled to be setting up Home Care Packages (HCP) as a service offering. This role forms a critical part of starting up our Home Care Package business. HCP’s aim to meet a wide range of needs, by coordinating a mix of services that can help seniors in the community live independently.
As a Home Care Specialist, you will engage with customers throughout the Home Care journey helping them to understand the variety of support services available to meet their individual needs. It is an important and diverse role
This is a Permanent Full-time, which has flexibility to be based on the Central Coast or in Northern Sydney. Flexibility is required to travel to other locations within the Diocese of Broken Bay.
This is an exciting new start-up opportunity in our organisation and will initially be a dual role (Home Care Specialist and Community Engagement Officer).
