About the role

We are seeking an additional Client Liaison Administration Officer to join our growing Senior Living team, which delivers services and programs across Northern Sydney and the Central Coast.

This role is part of a rapidly growing area (Senior Living) of CatholicCare and will include possibility of ongoing job growth/development. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity!

This position involves occasional (paid) travel to sites across Northern Sydney and the Central Coast. This is a Permanent Full-time opportunity.

Duties

  • Managing client enquires across programs in a timely and respectful manner, including onboarding in CMIS.
  • Assisting in the management of rostering staff to client services for all programs.
  • Administrative support to the Home Care Package Project implementation and beyond.
  • Preparing reports and other documentation needed.

Requirements

  1. Have proven high level experience in reception, customer service and administration;
  2. Have a good understanding of Community Aged Care, with experience liaising with families and carers of seniors;
  3. Have an ability or a willingness to learn how to use the Carelink+ Client Management system;
  4. Hold excellent organisation skills with a great ability to multi task;
  5. Willing to complete a Criminal History Check through CatholicCare
  6. Applicants will be required to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status as part of your application for employment. You will also be required to provide further evidence of vaccination status or medical contraindication certificate as part of your recruitment /interview process.
