About the role

We are seeking a Client Liaison Administration Officer to join our CatholicCare Seniors Support team which runs in locations across Northern Sydney and the Central Coast. This position involves occasional (paid) travel to sites across Northern Sydney and the Central Coast.

This role is part of a rapidly growing area of CatholicCare and will include possibility of ongoing employment and job growth/development. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity!

This is a Part-time opportunity, working 32 hours per week. The role is a Parental leave cover, which has a contract until 20th January 2022.

Duties

  • Managing client enquires across programs in a timely and respectful manner, including onboarding in Carelink.
  • Assisting in the management of rostering staff to client services for all programs.
  • Administrative support to the Home Care Package Project implementation and beyond.
  • Preparing reports and other documentation needed.

Skills & experience

  • Have proven high level experience in reception and administration;
  • Have a good understanding of Community Aged Care, with experience liaising with families and carers of seniors;
  • Have an ability or a willingness to learn how to use the Carelink+ Client Management system;
  • Hold excellent organisation skills with a great ability to multi task;
  • Hold a valid NSW Driver’s licence and WWCC.
