Catalpa is in search of a passionate Partnership and Growth Manager who is motivated to create significant and lasting change in the lives of people in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a combination of expertise and experience in international development, be business savvy, creative, and have a proven track record of building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
The Partnerships and Growth Manager will play a critical role in growing Catalpa’s funding and partnerships base with the aim of increasing our impact. The role will lead Catalpa’s Partnerships & Growth Strategy, and work collaboratively with global and diverse teams to develop a strong, long term opportunity pipeline that adheres to Catalpa’s strategic vision and values, and gives us the space to be ourselves.
The role will report to Catalpa’s Executive Director, and act as a key facilitator and coordinator of Catalpa’s growth efforts across health, education, governance & transparency, and our growing products portfolio.
