Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking technical assistance
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by internal stakeholder/employee
  • Maintain suitable timelines for IT-related tasks
  • Ensure the availability, capacity, security and stability and performance of all systems operating in CASPA to a level that is practicable
  • Assisting with maintaining, administering and managing all IT servers in CASPA
  • Evaluation and improvement of Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems and processes
  • Assist with networking infrastructure at CASPA
  • Support and assist other IT Team members
  • Troubleshooting of all IT and network related issues

Selection Criteria

Essential:

  • Certificate IV / Diploma level qualification in Information Process Technology (IPT)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Sound communication skills, both written and oral
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a multi-faceted team
  • Experience in the development and ongoing support to network infrastructure
  • Experience in systems, implementation and support for a large organisation Desired
