Carpentaria is a not-for-profit organisation providing disability and therapy services for children, adolescents and adults in the Northern Territory. The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering a comprehensive workforce training and capability program across all Carpentaria program areas, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Out of Home Care (OoHC), Intensive Therapeutic Residential Care (ITRC), Ready for Home (RFH), Day Programs (Pathways), Allied Health and remote community services. The role ensures all staff hold the knowledge, skills and verified competencies required to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred supports in compliance with NDIS.
