We are seeking an experienced manager who has a passion for social justice and strong skills in accompaniment and capacity building with program partners.

You will thrive as the Manager, First Australians if:

• You have significant experience in a managerial role in the international aid or community development sector
• You are committed to long-term development
• You have extensive knowledge and understanding of issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and communities

About your next role

You will be involved in:

• Driving the development and implementation of Caritas Australia’s First Australians Program strategy
• Accompanying First Australian-led organisations to achieve positive outcomes for the communities they support
• Supporting truth-telling and advocacy initiatives of First Australian Partners and communities to ensure key issues and priorities are amplified
