Carinya Society is a community based organisation located in Coburg that provides outstanding services to individuals with disabilities that facilitate choice, support and values each individuals as an integral part of the community in which they live.

As a valued member of the administration team, the Quality Coordinator will be responsible contributing to organisation-wide and individual service quality initiatives. This involves performing the assessment and analysis of operations and processes and/or assisting others to complete such tasks. Additionally, the Quality Coordinator works collaboratively with staff and managers to promote, design and implement improvements and innovations at Carinya Society that sustain quality services and stakeholder safety.

If you have a strong knowledge of information systems and process improvement techniques, combined with a commitment to understanding client needs and improve quality service standards then this could be the position for you.

Successful applicants require:

  • Preferred 3 year minimum experience work in a human service organisation that delivers services to vulnerable groups in the community.
  • Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline or a post graduate qualified in a related discipline.
  • Strong Data Management Analysis expertise
  • Prior Management or Project skills that demonstrate your ability to plan, implement and manage complex projects.
  • Demonstrated willingness to contribute to and influence the quality standards of human services delivered to disadvantaged people and those with a diversity of abilities.
  • A high level of flexibility
  • The ability to hit the ground running and meet tight timelines
  • Clear national and international (if applicable) Police Check or willingness to undertake prior to commencing
  • Possess or willing to undertake an NDIS Worker Screening
