Join our team as the Membership and Partnerships Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in helping to grow the number of carers connected to Carers Victoria. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and impact across the state.

About the role

The Membership and Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for driving strategic growth in memberships and partnerships at Carers Victoria. This role supports the organisation’s priority to expand its member base of carers and strengthen collaborations with external stakeholders through the delivery of a statewide member acquisition and partnership strategy.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver targeted membership growth initiatives and implement the statewide acquisition plan, including tracking performance targets
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with external organisations
  • Develop engaging communications and outreach strategies to connect with current and prospective carers
  • Analyse membership data to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement and growth

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience building and growing membership networks and mutually beneficial partnerships, preferably within the health or social services sector
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective membership strategies and monitor performance to achieve KPIs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in lead generation and partnership development
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise workload and deliver accurate, timely reporting
  • Flexible, outcomes-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Willingness to provide a current Working with Children Check and undertake a police check prior to commencement

  • Salary: $105,814 (gross, pro rata) plus superannuation, with some flexibility to negotiate based on experience and qualifications.
