About the role

As a valued member of our Client Support team, you will provide support to our Brisbane North (Kedron) therapists and clients. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment and be part of a geographically diverse client service and admin team that maintains customer records and appointments for all Montrose customers. The position is 38 hours per week, on a full time basis. You will be based at Kedron with the flexibility to work across any of our Service Centres as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception in our Service Centres and provide direct customer service to clients and their families.
  • Office management and administrative assistance to support day to day operations of the Brisbane North Service Centre and other Service Centre teams as required.
  • Resource development for therapists.
  • Organise clinics and community/school appointments.
  • Process payments for therapy sessions.
  • Book and update client appointments.
  • Renew client service agreements.
  • Manage client information and data entry in our CMS.

About you

We are looking for someone who is experienced in customer service and who is a strong team player that will provide timely and accurate administrative support.

Flexibility and a willingness to travel between our Service Centres is a must.

Knowledge of the NDIS and administration experience with a disability service provider, allied health or medical practice is highly regarded.

The role is for an immediate start and is offered at 38 hours per week on a permanent basis.

From 1 February 2021, Registered Health Practitioners delivering NDIS supports or services to people with disability will require an NDIS worker screening clearance, and some of our roles require a current working with children (blue card).

Please review these requirements as part of your application.
