A career with Montrose provides the opportunity to be part of a dedicated, friendly group of people who are passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children and young people living with disability.

About the Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our team providing face to face therapy and TeleTherapy to our predominantly paediatric clients. The role is based at our Brisbane South Service Centre (Darra) and also provide services to surrounding areas where we offer clinic based services and community visits.

In the role you will be part of a multidisciplinary service working across disciplines to provide evidence informed and contemporary therapies for our clients.
Our multidisciplinary and interprofessional approach means our therapists work together so clients can get the most out of their therapy and reach their goals successfully. This can include joint sessions, planning and collaboration on programs. The role is flexible to be offered on a full time basis, 5 days per week. Part-time will also be considered for the right candidate.

  • Every day is different at Montrose and you’ll enjoy working with a wide range of clients that could include neurological disabilities, complex physical disabilities, developmental delays or chromosomal disorders.
  • Paediatric-focused allied health work with plenty of client-facing time and in-depth client interactions.
  • Work closely with other therapy disciplines including joint therapy sessions.
  • Flexible and family-friendly work environment.
  • Attractive salary packaging ($15,900 tax free benefits) plus further benefits.
  • Mobile phone, laptop and iPad provided where required by role.
  • Work within a structured evidence-based clinical supervision program tailored to your needs and learning goals.
