About the Roles:

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate people to drive, lead and grow new exciting programs. Leveraging your talents and interests, help our customers realise their goals and aspirations and inspire people to try new and amazing things. We currently run programs around food and wellbeing, art & music, engaging with community, sport and fitness and building social and work skills. We have multiple opportunities available for experienced Leisure Assistants to join our Lifestyle & Leisure team.

Lifestyle and Leisure is all about working with our customers to get the most out of life. Our programs are specially designed for young adults (16-35), to build confidence, skills and social connection. Experience in working with teens and young adults will be highly regarded, as will holders of a Certificate III or higher qualification in a relevant area of study. These roles are offered on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lifestyle and Leisure Assistant, you will be required to:

  • Develop and drive engaging programs that help customers achieve their goals and dreams.
  • Support our customers to participate in social, recreation and skills development programs
  • Provide limited personal care and manual handling assistance
  • Be a champion for our customers and support them to achieve their goals and independence
  • Hold a valid Blue Card click here to apply for your Blue Card and an NDIS Worker Screening Card

This role requires a current working with children (blue card) and an NDIS Worker Screening Card.
