The role is accountable for the implementation of the project and its activities across the consortium and is responsible for establishing and managing processes for oversight and implementation.

The Program Coordinator has responsibility for providing management, coordination, and technical support to the EU COVID-19 Timor-Leste Project jointly implemented by EU Consortium agencies in Timor-Leste. The Program Coordinator will oversee the project operations of implementing partners, and will have a direct link, providing coordination, support, and progress monitoring with respect to focal points in each of the partner agency project components.

This job is full-time, for a fixed term of six months.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the successful applicant will work remotely until borders re-open and they receive permission to enter Timor-Leste. A suitable salary package for the remote work will be negotiated based on their current country of residence.
