About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Recruitment function on a Fixed Term basis. This role operates in a high volume, fast paced recruitment area and supports all recruitment activity across our service delivery roles and business support opportunities. There are lots of opportunities to work closely with Hiring Managers to source the best talent to fulfil their demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and Post Job Advertisements
  • Schedule Interviews and participate in interviews (as required)
  • Shortlist/Phone Screen Applicants for both Clinician and Support Service Roles
  • Source potential applicants via Seek Talent and other channels
  • Conduct Reference Checks
  • Follow up with candidates, focusing on a high level of candidate care
  • Update/Maintain Applicant Tracking System (Job Adder)
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required
  • Work as part of a small recruitment team, that is aligned to a dynamic, engaging greater People & Culture team that are delivering some exciting work
