The Role

Lead the development, execution, and measurement of all marketing activity across the organisation. The role requires a passionate, experienced marketer who can balance sound strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset with a practical, hands-on approach.

This permanent, full-time role will be based at our Melbourne Head Office in Abbotsford, with the option for flexible working arrangements.

Essential

• Degree qualified in Marketing or similar, or with extensive practical experience in the Marketing field
• 8+ years in a Marketing role; at least 3 years as a Marketing Manager in a consumer business
• A proven track record in creating and executing innovative and effective campaigns that drive sales, awareness and brand value
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, from strategy through to delivery
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Experience prioritising and ensuring key initiatives move forward
• Accustomed to providing expert marketing, communications and branding advice to senior stakeholders
• Ideally both agency and in-house marketing experience, but the latter is essential
• Experience managing agencies (media, creative and/or PR), but particularly with paid media that can deliver on both brand building and acquisition goals
• Experience working autonomously and in a small (but mighty) team i.e. doesn’t rely on close day-to-day management, nor a layered, resource-rich environment
• Engaging, passionate, proactive, and accountable

Desirable

• Experience working in mental health
• Experience working on a brand targeting men and/or an e-commerce brand where driving website traffic and conversion is key
• Experience building a brand from the ground up, playing a key role in the foundational marketing framework and then driving subsequent growth
