Due to significant growth across the company, Caraniche is looking for a self-managed Management Consultant to assist a small team to provide innovative solutions to transform our HR business area into a systematic, streamlined business function that is fit for purpose. Whilst this role sits primarily within our People and Capability Team, this role will also support initiatives across the wider business area.
This role will be based in Abbotsford with close access to public transport and the Melbourne CBD.
