Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic, skilled, and motivated person who is excited about being part of our prison services team and playing an integral part in supporting the delivery of forensic drug and alcohol treatment within prisons across Victoria.

We are looking for Care and Recovery Coordinators/AOD Clinicians for a variety of fixed term positions the Grampians Prison region.

To be considered for these roles you will be a qualified and experienced CRC worker or AOD clinician who will assist with assessment of prisoners, undertaking drug reviews, delivering orientation and release related harm groups, and engage in individual counselling where appropriate.

The position

The position is a fixed term contract to 30 June 2023, with the possibility of extension. As the CRC onsite, you will also have the opportunity to attend case planning meetings, manage waitlists, and prioritise the treatment needs of the prisoners. You will also have the opportunity to deliver harm reduction information and education sessions and provide support to clients.
