What you’ll do

  • Lead workforce planning team to meet strategic and operational objectives.
  • Implement workforce strategy and forecasting activities to ensure clear decision making in workforce requirements.
  • Champion a consistent customer centric culture, actively working to improve our understanding of customer needs and stakeholders.
  • Manage complex workforce planning scenarios and provide guidance and direction to workforce planning team.
  • In collaboration with key internal stakeholders, identify and respond to changing customer needs to ensure adequate staff support including staff capacity and training.
  • Be a champion for efficient, effective and solutions focused work processes including continuous improvement of customer management processes and the client journey.
  • Provide data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and track improvements.

About you

  • Have a solid understanding of rostering and workforce management strategies and methods.
  • Familiarity and ability to interpret Enterprise Agreement’s.
  • Proven analytical, reporting and data management capability with the ability to interpret and plan and action initiatives.
  • High level of IT literacy including proficiency in using Workforce and Rostering systems.
  • An ability to engage, inspire, build trust, coach, and facilitate growth within your team.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including communicating with diverse audiences.
  • Have valid work visa and rights to work in Australia along with a current NDIS Worker Clearance.
  • A Certificate IV or higher qualification in Leadership or Management or similarly related field will be highly regarded.
