Your New Role

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced behaviour support professional to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You will be responsible for optimising the life and well-being outcomes of our customers with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This will be achieved through providing professional consultation, training, assessment and coaching and building relationships with external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong Experience in working with people with ASD
  • Ability to analyse and identify trends and opportunities to improve services for our customers
  • Experienced in identifying, developing and delivering training
  • Proficient in using technology and IT Software
  • Highly developed written communication skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels demonstrating your excellent communication

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor of Psychological Science, Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education or equivalent tertiary qualifications in a relevant human services discipline
  • Current DHS Child Related Employment Clearance / Working with Children Check/Disability clearance
  • Current South Australian Driver's Licence
