ABOUT THE ROLES

These newly established senior leadership roles at Cara are an excellent opportunity for experienced managers in Disability, Allied Health, or Human Services, offering the successful applicants the ability to showcase their skills with a range of metropolitan and regional positions available.

With a sound understanding of quality service delivery and partner engagement, the roles will involve coaching, leading and mentoring our teams ensuring our customer's goals are met.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Building internal and external partner relationships
  • Established background in leading teams, driving service quality and improvements
  • Outstanding skills background in disability or related field at a senior management level
  • Sound knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
  • Highly proficient digital literacy

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Degree qualification in Disability, Health, Human Services, Allied Health or a related field
  • High standard of knowledge in person-centred philosophy and practice
  • Satisfactory screening relevant to the needs of the organisation and the role (e.g. NDIS, DHS, DCP) or willingness to acquire
  • Current South Australian Driver's License
  • Some out of office hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required
