Community Admissions Coordinator - Busselton

  • Part time – 25 hours per week

Located in Busselton on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay, and soon with a second location in the heart of Dunsborough, Capecare takes great pride in meeting the changing needs of today’s ageing community by delivering an outstanding model of care for clients and families choosing their services.

The Capecare Community team is in a period of significant growth therefore we are introducing a new part time Admissions Coordinator role. This will be a part time role working Monday to Friday 25 hours per week.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to be the first point of contact for our community clients and oversee with the admissions process.

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in Aged Care or Health Care industry (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Model - ACFI (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of home care services and packages (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with various stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation
  • Demonstrated empathy and commitment to our elderly clients
