Can Too Foundation is seeking a Volunteers and Leaders Coordinator to deliver positive supporter experiences through the innovative acquisition and development of a network of volunteers, generally frontline roles, that are crucial to instilling in others our core values of Inspire, Engage, Support and Empower.

You will be comfortable building and maintaining relationships across a complex network, you are committed to the development of others, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement. As a people-focused role, you will regularly draw on your emotional intelligence to plan for, connect with, and develop community members for a range of volunteer roles crucial to service delivery including:

• Team Captains
• Mentors
• Champions
• Energy Champions
• Event volunteers
• Guest speakers.

You will also work closely with, and provide support to, the Coaching Coordinator.
