As the Junior Websites Coordinator, you will work closely with our Digital Technology Manager, our Business Analyst and other members of the Data and Technology Team to ensure our current websites receive the support they need and that new features are tested thoroughly before being released to end users.
In this hands-on role you will be the first point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve website issues, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all digital assets, managing DNS changes and server access, staff training and working with our Business Analyst to create simple wireframes to brief designer(s).
