About the role

The Social Enterprise Services (SES) Manager will drive and grow a social enterprise portfolio of specialised services with a focus on meeting the individual needs of our clients/customers and focus communities within a sustainable service model. The portfolio includes Education (community and corporate Auslan training), Auslan Interpreting Services, Support Coordination and other planned social enterprise partnerships.

This 12 month full-time, fixed term role offers flexibility in location as the role could be based at Welland or our new site at Noarlunga. You will ensure that these services are commercially viable and embed the desired business model and systems within the organisation. The role will ensure that the client/customer is at the centre and ensure that service delivery is flexible and creative thus maximising organisational learnings and resources.

About you

The role requires someone with:

  • Business development skills and experience;
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills;
  • Understanding of business analytics;
  • Strong financial management skills and understanding to deliver projects on budget;
  • Knowledge of the South Australian Deaf Community, and fluency in basic Auslan skills – or willingness to develop;
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.

The salary for this role is commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, you can access generous salary packaging options that may significantly increase your take-home pay.
