Candella is a for purpose, mental health organisation providing flexible NDIS services to the community. Key to our success is our Wellbeing Facilitators who support customers in the community.

Wellbeing Facilitator Roles available:

Eastern Division (Maroondah, Whitehorse, Manningham, Yarra Ranges)

Southern Division (Frankston, Greater Dandenong, Kingston, Monash, Mornington Peninsula).

The role

In this role you will:

  • Provide high quality support services to NDIS participants
  • Provide support to clients to work towards wellbeing goals
  • Operate from a strength based, person centred, recovery practice model
  • Work with clients with diverse needs and goals

About you

Critical to your success will be your:

  • Person centred and capacity building approach that empowers and fosters independence in others
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with clients and stakeholders
  • Understanding of recovery orientated, community-based mental health support
  • Ability to assess risks and deliver support in a safe and considered approach

You must hold an Australian Driver’s License and pass a NDIS Worker Screen.

Due to recent government mandate we will also require evidence of your full COVID vaccination status.

As such we operate in our community, each of our Wellbeing Facilitators workings a minimum 20 hours across the week, with flexibility to set their own rosters. At Candella we work virtual, connected through both technology and face to face interactions.
