We are looking for a Team Leader who can demonstrate: 

  • Experience in a leadership within the community sector
  • Prior experience in the mental health and/or community sector
  • Understanding of recovery-oriented, community-based mental health services
  • Understanding the broader social service systems
  • Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme

As a Team Leader, you will: 

  • Provide remote practice support to a team of Wellbeing Facilitators
  • Oversee service quality in your division in line with NDIS Practice Standards
  • Manage your own customer caseload (optional based on experience)

About Candella

Candella Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing recovery-oriented mental health services within the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Candella launched in October 2018 and has since grown to almost 200 employees providing services to more than 900 people in Melbourne. This year we are expanding into Sydney and we intend to make our services widely available throughout Australia in the coming years.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of the Team Leader position is to provide remote practice support to a team of Wellbeing Facilitators to deliver high quality, community-based supports to our customers.

We are seeking to appoint a Team Leader who will be responsible for the following:

  • Service delivery of a specified division
  • Workforce development
  • Service quality in line with NDIS practice standards
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
