Lead Wellbeing Facilitator - Adelaide

Candella

ABOUT CANDELLA

Candella is an innovative, rapidly growing, not-for-profit mental health organisation providing individual outreach services through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Our aim is for our services to reach as many people as possible, and for those services to make a positive contribution to all customers, their families, and their local communities.

Candella launched in October 2018 and has since grown to over 160 + staff providing services throughout Greater Melbourne.  We have a positive, values-based organisational culture and  we would like to further build this within the Adelaide area.   We plan to commence this roll out based on the applicant's knowledge and connections locally and expand into other regions as the business builds.

Candella is a mobile organisation, with no physical office locations. We have a strong online communications system and are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment, with policies, procedures, and systems in place to maintain the physical and mental wellbeing of all employees.

We recruit people who are passionate about our mission. We believe that diversity makes us better, and we encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
