Campbell Page

The company

Campbell Page is a not-for- profit organisation, delivering employment, labour hire, youth, family, Indigenous, community services and social enterprises from more than 80 locations across four states. We’re on a mission to prevent and reduce unemployment while creating jobs in the communities we’re a part of.

This an exciting time to join our growing team where you can be a key driver in enacting change and influencing growth. We are committed to long term growth and this will open opportunities for career development in a forward-thinking organisation that will invest in you.

The role

As a key part of Campbell Pages’ Workforce Solutions Team, you’ll be responsible for building a pipeline of employers to partner with and support them to grow their business through tailored employment solutions. You will develop and maintain quality relationships with key clients, understand their needs and proactively deliver a tailored approach to filling their roles with our customers.

Whether they’re looking to fill a long-term position, achieve greater diversity or need more hands-on deck for a short-term project fast, you’ll have the answer. You’ll work closely with our frontline staff and customers from a range of our employment programs to find the right staff member, every time.

The requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll be able to confidently build relationships with employers and internal stakeholders in person and on the phone. You’ll be passionate about helping our customers into long term employment and be the sort of person that likes breaking new ground.

You should have a good understanding of the local labour market and be able to capitalise on opportunities with rapid pace.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong organisational and administration skills
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
  • Has the ability to engage successfully with employers, building trust and long-term relationships
  • Is able to adhere to quality and contractual compliance
  • Can proactively and constructively identify issues and lead the development and implementation of solutions
  • Has previous experience in consultative sales, or similar

The perks

Why work for Campbell Page? We’ve got three big reasons…give some, get some and grow some.
