If so, Recruitflex has just the permanent full time opportunity for you as we seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Ulladulla team.

Recruitflex is a Not-for-Profit community-based labour hire and recruitment organisation. We service many of Australia's largest NDIS, Community Care, Aged Care and Civil Construction organisations plus local governments. You will be an integral part of the strategic growth of our business, this is an opportunity to work closely with a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Team and really be a part of taking our business to the next level.

Key responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Recruitflex, you will effectively manage applicant attraction and retention as well as customer relationships, ensuring best in class recruitment processes are maintained. This is a great opportunity to support the ongoing recruitment growth of our business as we expand. With growth comes personal opportunities too!

What you will do:

  • Deliver a high level of customer service reflecting the Recruitflex Brand
  • Undertake accurate and in-depth job order briefings with clients
  • Own the full recruitment process from taking the brief to placing candidates
  • Coach, guide, negotiate and influence candidates through the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and pools
  • Build and maintain relationships with host employers
  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates and host employers
  • Support the Business Development Managers within your territory
  • Adhere to Recruitflex & Campbell Page policies and procedures.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver high volume
  • Knowledge of General Awards and understands WHS
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage several competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fast Track experience, highly desirable
  • Labour Hire industry experience, highly desirable.
