Who are we?

Campbell Page is a not-for profit organisation, delivering a variety of community and employment services programs across Australia. Our reach extends from community development, youth, Indigenous and family programs through to education, training and employment services.

We are looking for a Moruya-based Specialist Youth Case Manager/Mentor to actively participate as a member of the Eurobodalla Youth Services team toward achieving overall outcomes and contractual obligations required by the delivery of the Eurobodalla Youth Homelessness Support Service (EYHSS), Eurobodalla Reconnect, Eurobodalla Targeted Early Intervention Program and Campbell Page Community Services strategies.

Work with the Community!

Working in partnership with the wider community to strengthen and build resilience with a focus on Indigenous children, young people and families.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver services to community within our Strengths, Trauma Informed and Client Centred Framework.
  • Assist with the engagement of young people and families by working in partnership in the co-design of programs and services to meet their needs.
  • Provide guidance on raising self-esteem, motivation, education, employment, wellbeing and safety.
  • Develop case management and coaching plans with individual clients, including initial assessments and referrals.
  • Deliver parenting programs and other skills-based wellbeing programs.
  • Participate in the development, preparation and implementation of crime prevention and early intervention strategies.

What are we looking for in a Specialist Youth Case Manager/Mentor?

We are looking for:

  • Knowledge of issues faced by children, young people and their families in Eurobodalla.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience working with Culturally Diverse Communities.
  • Demonstrated networks and links with Aboriginal Communities.
  • Solid understanding of legislative standards e.g. Equal Employment Opportunity, Privacy, Child Protection and WHS etc.
  • Experience with problem solving and negotiation.
  • Experience working with a team to achieve overall outcomes and contractual obligations.
  • Experience in case management

Essential Criteria include:

  • Minimum in Certificate III in Youth Work or similar Community Service discipline.
  • Experience working with youth and families.
  • Experience in the delivery of training and wellbeing programs.
