The company
Campbell Page is a not-for- profit organisation, delivering employment, labour hire, youth, family, Indigenous, community services and social enterprises from more than 80 locations across four states. That’s where you come in! We’re looking for a Regional Manager who will be responsible for developing strategies to attract and build long standing relationships with new participants to the service, through local partnership and other referral methods. The Regional Services Manager will ensure that an excellent quality of service is provided to participants, through the effective leadership of Business Managers and their teams as well as leading the overall performance of their regions.
The role
- Lead a management team, coaching, supporting and motivating Business Managers to lead their local teams to achieve their results, which is all about helping people find work and stay employed
- Drive results by working with your Business Managers and Program Manager to develop the strategies to ensure quality service to customers and achieve performance objectives
- Developing strategic plans for establishing and executing community partnerships in collaboration with the business
- Build a positive culture that is customer centric and high performing
To be awesome at this role, you’ll need to:

- Demonstrate inspiring leadership skills – your job is to look to the future and create the path to success, and then inspire the rest of the program to get there!
- We’re prioritising proven leadership experience over industry and contract knowledge, however experience in employment services or a related industry would be great!
