Campbell Page is a not-for profit organisation, delivering a variety of community and employment services programs across Australia. Our reach extends from community development, youth, Indigenous and family programs through to education, training and employment services.
We are looking for a Eurobodalla based project leader to innovate and implement an evidence-based response to improved mental health and well-being for young people.

Growing Stronger is the Eurobodalla Local Drug Action Teams (ELDAT) community and sector led response to positively shift the resilience and wellbeing of Eurobodalla’s young people following the 2019 black summer bushfire disaster. Funded to June 2022, ELDAT is seeking a project leader to initiate, organise, profile, plan, implement and evaluate young people’s risk and protective factors. Disseminating strategies, working closely with schools, young people, community and our team you will positively influence:
You’ll design the project based on the Communities that Care evidence-based model. Considering risks and priorities, you will apply local survey and research findings to work collaboratively with stakeholders and develop a strategic plan to achieve the greatest impact for young local people.
What are we looking for in a Community Development Leader?
Relevant degree or tertiary qualifications, and 5 years plus relevant experience in Human Services or Health Services is required. Experience in change management, project design and implementation as well as project coordination and management skills. Ability to think strategically and operationally to influence change.
