CAM CAN is a family-led organisation providing individualised and tailored community-based support to people with disabilities and their families who want to live their lives in the community. Cam Can also provide personalised supports to people who wish to continue to live in their family home or to those people who are living or who are seeking an independent life of their own.

Cam Can is seeking a Support Worker to support a friendly woman in her 30’s requiring assistance to continue to live in and maintain her own home in Banksia Grove. In addition, to engage in and make a meaningful contribution in her local community and fulfil her passion for connection and improving her health and fitness in fun ways.

• Has good organisational and written skills.
• Previous experience as a support worker is preferred, as is administering medication

There is flexibility as hours of work include day time, evenings and overnight during weekdays and weekends

You will also have:

• Full Class C Drivers licence
• Roadworthy vehicle
• Current police clearance for working with vulnerable people or willingness to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• A good level of physical fitness
