It is important that we find someone who is compassionate, non-judgemental and has the belief that people with disabilities have the right to live a life the same as others.

We're really passionate about what we do and the reward of a successful match and then seeing a person's life improve because of that is why this role is so important.
We're excited to hire someone who values this as much as we do.
This isn't a role where you will be sitting inside all day. You will be a part of a passionate, small team working hard towards creating and supporting relationships that will improve peoples lives.
Candidates are expected to have an understanding of the capabilities and challenges faced by people with disability and the way these can impact on their human rights.
