Cality Care is a rapidly growing home care provider delivering quality disability support services in Queensland and New South Wales. We are currently expanding across North Brisbane and are seeking to recruit capable Disability Support Workers for casual positions in home care with our NDIS customers.

As a member of ARC Group, Cality Care brings proven capability founded on a proud heritage of training and educational excellence within the aged care and disability support sector. We aim to provide our clients with the opportunities to empower their independence by focusing on their individual needs. Our casual positions are based in client’s own private homes and in the community - no two days are ever the same in home care, and our staff have the opportunity to meet a variety of new people and support them to be independent at home. Shift duties can vary depending on the client but can include personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, manual handling, social support and community access.

Successful applicants will have:

• A qualification relating to the industry (Certificate III or higher) WITH completed work placement
• Reliable car and valid driver’s licence
• Current First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, National Police Check, and Paid Blue & Yellow Cards (or willing to obtain)
• Recent and contactable references from either work placement or paid work
• Flexible availability
• Reliable smartphone with internet access
