We are seeking to recruit experienced Care Workers in Parramatta and surrounding suburbs for disability services with a focus on in-home support for our NDIS clients.

Cality Care is a rapidly growing home care provider delivering quality disability support services in New South Wales & Queensland. We aim to provide our clients with the opportunities to empower their independence by focusing on their individual needs.

We are looking to work with experienced Disability Support Workers who are willing uphold a key role in our business to help our clients to continue to live safely and independently in their own homes. These casual roles include visiting the homes of our clients and providing services such as (but not limited to) community access, personal care, domestic assistance and social support.

Successful applicants will have:

• Own car and valid driver’s licence
• A qualification relating to the industry (Certificate III or higher) WITH completed work placement
• Current First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, National Police Check, and a Paid Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
• Recent and contactable industry references
• Reliable smartphone with internet access
