ABOUT US & THE ROLE

Cahoots (previously known as Kids’ Camps) has for over 40 years delivered camps and outdoor adventure for children and young people living with a disability. As a NDIS Accredited Provider, the Quality and Safeguarding Lead (QSL) reports directly to the CEO and is integral to the effective functioning of Cahoots through the implementation and monitoring of internal quality and safeguarding systems. The role will work in partnership with the Cahoots Operations Team to develop and deliver high quality, risk managed (including safeguarding) practices and processes that maintains the organisation’s services and reputation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience working with health and safety standards.
• Experience mentoring, training and educating a diverse range of people, including frontline staff.
• High level computer literacy (Microsoft Suite, CRMs etc.).

• Understanding of NDIS requirements.

All applicants must obtain a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and WA Working with Children Check prior to commencing.

• $67,263 pro-rata salary + 10.5% superannuation.
