About the Quality Business Partner role:

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Business Partner is part of the team taking on the responsibility to support the operational effectiveness of all core quality and safeguarding systems for the business. The role will work in collaboration with the other members of the unit to ensure an integrated approach across the organisation.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary level qualification in Human Services, management or relevant field
• Qualification in Quality Management Systems, Human Services Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, ISO 9001 is preferred
• Lead Audit- Quality Management Systems experience is desirable

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in governance, risk and compliance in the community services sector
• Experience developing and implementing business plans and strategies, monitoring and improving quality systems and assurance programs/activates
• At least 5 years’ experience in either the health, or human services or not for profit sector
