About the role

Family Services places a strong emphasis on the wellbeing and the development of children with a client-centred, goal-focused approach. Family Services Case Managers work with vulnerable children, young people and their families who may be impacted by trauma, substance abuse, mental health or family violence and are potentially at risk of becoming involved with the Child Protection system or are already involved with child protection.

Family Services Case Managers work across a range of families and locations. The focus of all work with families is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and to keep them safe and secure.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Welfare Studies, Psychology, Family Therapy or related discipline.

About you

As a dedicated and committed individual you will provide services to our vulnerable families, providing in home support and case management services. You will complete thorough assessments, planning, consultation, and evaluation and apply a range of strategies to achieve client outcomes that are in the best interest of children and families. You will be driven to assist families to achieve long term positive outcomes.
