BushMob Aboriginal Corporation was developed by young people and families in Central Australia. BushMob is a leading Trauma informed Alcohol and Other Drug Residential Treatment service for any young person aged 12-25 years in the Northern Territory.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our committed team delivering unique culturally safe trauma informed residential and outreach AOD treatment services for young people in the NT. We are looking for people who want to make a difference while being valued and supported in an environment that encourages innovation.

Hours: 76 hours per fortnight on a shift work roster. Wage: $65,000pa + superannuation, salary sacrifice and training opportunities.

SELECTION ATTRIBUTES:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in relevant field
  • Full Driver’s license, Current or in process NT Working with Children’s Clearance Ochre Card, Police Criminal History check;
  • Relevant experience and experience working with complex young people, Indigenous people and families, in alcohol and other drug contexts;
  • Ability to be punctual, reliable, and be willing to go bush with your team and young people;
  • Sound written and verbal skills;
  • Ability to participate in rostered day, evening and night shifts over a 24/7 period.
