We’re looking for a professional Youth Transitions Coach with relevant experience who wants to join our 2,000+ team of staff and volunteers to make a difference on a 12 months max term full-time basis, working 38 hours per week based in Broadmeadows.

Your role will be to recruit and engage young people of refugee and migrant backgrounds, to support them to successfully transition into employment and/or education using an advantaged thinking practice approach.
Salary will be in the range of $72,523.45 - $78,744.98 per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.
