We’re looking for a professional Service Inclusion Facilitator with relevant experience who wants to join our 2,000+ team of staff and volunteers to make a difference on a 2 year max term contract basis, working 38 per week based in our specialist inclusion BSL team, as part of the broader North East Link Social Inclusion Team, located in the North-East Link Tunnels, Spark Consortium offices in Abbotsford.

The Service Inclusion Facilitator will ensure the successful recruitment and placement of priority jobseekers in roles associated with the Spark North-East Link D&C project by adhering closely to the operational model. The role works closely with a wide range of service provider agencies, ensuring strong partnerships, excellent communication and smooth facilitation of candidates through a range of training, recruitment and job readiness support activities.
This role ensures that partner agencies are effectively and sustainably engaged to support Spark’s social procurement targets, harnessing available agency expertise to develop appropriate employment pathways, and adding critical service inputs to make employment placements that are sustainable and successful.
