Do you have a passion for designing and delivering programs that enhance the care and support our staff deliver?

Do you have previous experience in nursing or aged care?

Do you love to share and teach the skills you have developed in your career with others?

Do you want to work with other L and D professionals who want to make a difference?

What you will be doing?

  • Delivering and developing learning programs face to face and on-line learning
  • Use your skills and talents to review training delivered and complete competency assessments
  • Work with others at BSL to support L and D projects
  • Lead learning that ensures compliance with the Aged and Care Community Standards
  • Assist with Learning and Development Systems and processes

To be successful you require:

  • Registered or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA registration
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
  • Experience in Aged or Community Care
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering creative training
  • Excellent knowledge with customer service focus is essential
  • Outstanding communication written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Current Driver’s License

This is a part-time position working 30.4 hours per week, based in Fitzroy. Some travel will be required to sites in Frankston and Sunshine.  

Attractive annual salary plus superannuation plus salary packaging provisions available to increase take home pay.
