We’re looking for a professional Corporate Partnerships Manager with relevant experience who wants to join our 2,000+ team of staff and volunteers to make a difference on a permanent full-time basis, with offices based in Fitzroy.

THE ROLE

The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the engagement and financial goals of the corporate partners program for BSL.

This position is responsible for development of the corporate partnerships strategy and framework, and then ongoing implementation, monitoring and improvement for the corporate partners program to realise organisational targets. In doing so, this position will also ensure a coordinated approach to corporate partnership engagement, development and outcomes across the organisation.

Core duties, amongst other things, include:

  • Develop an overarching strategy and structured framework for effective corporate partnerships for BSL.
  • Develop and lead a coordinated approach across BSL in order to develop a shared understanding of corporate partner needs, opportunities and priorities, including fundraising, volunteering and across various program centres.
  • Provide reporting with appropriate data, analysis and recommendations.

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we’re looking for someone who has, amongst other things, the following key skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrated experience in a corporate partnership manager role.
  • Proven success in engaging and developing corporate partnerships to develop resources and generate income, while upholding organisational values.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end best practice approaches to partner lifecycle management.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships, liaise with a broad range of people across all levels, both internally, externally and with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring together different stakeholders for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Highly-developed administration, computer skills and competency in Microsoft Program.
