This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the largest and longest running program of its kind in the world. We’re seeking an individual who’s passionate about alleviating poverty in Australia, highly motivated and organised with a keen interest in marketing and communications, to help the Saver Plus program achieve our objective of improving the financial well-being of lower income Australians.
The Communications and Marketing Officer supports the administrative duties of the Saver Plus quality function. Under the direction of the Quality, Training and Development Lead the role supports partners and coordinators to achieve common goals and support high quality program delivery and accountability consistent with Saver Plus delivery documentation. This will involve using the Saver Plus Quality Framework, performance data collected from the database and ongoing auditing processes to support identifying trends, best practices and opportunities for improvement.
The Communications and Marketing Officer supports the administrative duties of the Saver Plus communications and marketing function. Under the direction of the Communications and Marketing Lead, the position supports the delivery of the Saver Plus program through assisting in the development and implementation of national communication, marketing and social media strategies and plans. The role also supports Saver Plus Coordinators with promotional activities to drive local community awareness of the program and increase their capacity in recruiting participants.

This is a maximum-term 12 month part time position working 22.8 hours per week based in Fitzroy, VIC. Salary will be in the range of $62,000 - $67,000 per annum based on skills and experience plus superannuation. Attractive salary packaging provisions are available to increase take home pay.
