We’re looking for a professional Administration Quality Office with relevant experience who wants to join our 2,000+ team of staff and volunteers to make a difference on a Maximum Term Full-Time basis, working 38 hours per week based in Frankston.

THE ROLE

This position will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Transition to Work team, including reception, customer service and general administration. This role will also be accountable for support to the Leadership Team including but not limited to financial support inclusive of invoicing and credit card requisitions. This role requires a self-motivated person who is organised and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and organisations in a welcoming and supportive manner.

  • Work collaboratively within teams to achieve common goals and contribute towards continual improvement initiatives
  • Receive and sort incoming mail, including pickup and delivery to the post office
  • Support Transition to Work team with updating reports and assist with program queries
  • Assist with internal audits to ensure quality and compliance is met internally

Salary will be in the range of $64,624.42 to $69.287.36 per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we’re looking for an who has the following key skills and experiences:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders over the telephone and face to face
  • Good computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office Software including SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan workload, prioritise and meet deadlines, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to interact with and contribute to a team
  • Customer service focused
  • Highly-developed administration, computer skills and competency in Microsoft Program
