The Recruitment and Retention Coordinator - Foster Care is required oversee the promotion and raising awareness of Brophy’s Foster Care program, as well as recruit, train and support the caregiver pool to provide  quality care to children and young people up to the age of 18 years who are unable to live with family.

This position requires the ability to source and engage with potential caregivers, undertake the Step by Step caregiver assessment, provide initial and ongoing training to caregivers, and develop and deliver retention strategies to ensure a viable caregiver pool which can meet the needs of the children and young people entering state care.
