The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) is committed to improving health outcomes by educating and supporting clinical radiologists and radiation oncologists throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The membership of the organisation is approximately 5000 medical Specialists and employs over 80 staff, with offices in Australia & New Zealand.

Supported by nine direct reports, you are responsible for RANZCR’s overall strategic and operational performance. This requires strong, innovative leadership in planning and implementation, day-to-day functioning, relationship management and advocacy activities, both internal and external. Your stewardship also includes oversight of postgraduate and post-Fellowship training, financial and asset management, provision of services to members, engagement with all major stakeholders, plus leading and motivating a dedicated and capable team.

You are a successful leader and C-suite executive in health, education or a member-based association, with business acumen, strategic vision and a deep grasp of governance. A proven influencer and collaborator, you combine integrity with resilience and a sense of humour.
