Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing personalised and professional property management services to HomeGround's portfolio of affordable, fee-for service, philanthropic and National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) properties, landlords and tenants. At all times ensuring effective communication between Bridge Housing and external stakeholders.

Main accountabilities include:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through the provision of professional and tenancy management services and solutions for HomeGround properties, tenants and landlords
  • Manage the tenancy application, eligibility and leasing of properties in accordance including listing of properties as well as ingoing property condition reports
  • Conduct routine property inspections
  • Ensure reporting and accountability requirements are met
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring the timely response to enquiries, complaints and grievances and information requests from tenants, owners and stakeholders
  • Deliver consistent quality customer service to tenants, owners and stakeholders
  • Keeping abreast of relevant regulatory obligations, legislation, policy changes including work health and safety affecting the sector and our client group
  • Represent HomeGround at NCAT as required.

To ensure your success in this role you must have the following skills. Please address the following essential criteria in your application letter:

  • NSW Driver's License
  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration (updated annually)
  • Complete 12 points of CPD annually
  • 12 month minimum relevant experience in similar role in either private Real Estate or in the Community Housing Sector.
