Essential criteria

• Knowledge of NDIS and Capacity Building Support Budgets - current or recent experience working as a support coordinator and or demonstrated ability to coordinate supports and understand the framework.
• Amazing opportunity to work from home and have work life flexibility options- potential to progress to Specialist level 3 higher pay - if demonstrate competency and ability.
• Qualifications in community services, and or psychology, occupational therapy, business administration and coaching.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Community Services and Social work sector, with measurable experience that can demonstrate consistent prior learning.

• Computer literate and strong administrative skills, excel proficiency, and budgeting capability
• Confident communicator
• Positive mental attitude and ability to overcome challenges independently
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ethical values and understanding of CALD communities
• Empathic and driven to help disadvantaged in the community
• Seeking individuals with strong values and an interest in health and wellness

Acceptance subject to a working with children check and police check before role commences.

Brave will assist support coordinators and their participants if they have an existing caseload and need time for handovers and or to transition participants to Brave for service are also welcome but not necessary.
